Founded in Gallatin, TN (east of Nashville) in 2007 USM Service, Parts & Restoration (formerly USM Restoration) started with the mission of focusing on used equipment ROI for equipment owners by repairing scissor and boom lifts. USM’s recondition services quickly grew to include Broderson cranes, trailers, pumps, and other heavy and commercial grade construction equipment.

In 2012, USM Service merged with USM ReRents. USM ReRents is the first aerial equipment re-rent company in North America & was founded in 1990 and located in Elmhurst (Chicago) IL. USM Service, Parts & Restoration located in Gallatin, TN expertly repairs, maintains, paints, and restores all make/models of scissor lifts, boom lifts, telehandlers, carry deck cranes, and trailers. Our highly trained technicians led by 20-year service veteran Jon Anderson take pride in providing thorough inspections, getting equipment fixed right the first time with fast turnaround times, and total transparency with our customers.

USM Service, Parts & Restoration is also the North American based service and parts center for Falcon Lifts which is exclusively represented by USM ReRents. Jon Anderson has been certified as a Falcon Lift service technician by Falcon Lifts and is qualified to provide ANSI inspections for all Falcon Lifts.
